Shipping

We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition, so we only work with reputed courier partners to deliver your products to you at the earliest time possible.

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping charge of Rs.80/- is applicable for all the Prepaid orders & Cash on Delivery Shipping charge is Rs.150/- This shipping charge is non-refundable.

Free Shipping

- We offer free shipping for all Prepaid orders above Rs.2000/- INR

- Free shipping is not applicable if multiple products of a single order are sent to multiple addresses.

- Once you place an order with us, we take 24 - 48 hours to process the products that are ready to ship. (We are closed on Sunday/Public Holidays)

- Changes to the shipping address stated during the time of order shall be accepted only if the product has not been shipped.

- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

- Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you shall need to place multiple orders.

- We ship all orders through DTDC, Delhivery and Bluedart. But in some cases where the pin-code is not serviceable by DTDC then we may use Indian Speed Post or Delivery and inform you about the same.

- Once the order is shipped, We will WhatsApp you a link of our courier company along with the tracking id of your consignment.

- Delay due to unforeseen circumstances/holidays /postal rules, flight rescheduling, might occur and have to be taken into consideration.

Delivery Time

For all orders, it might take 3-5 business days to deliver to Metros & Tier 1 cities, while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5 - 7 business days.

- All our products are quality checked and come in tamper proof packaging. If you noticed that the packaging is tampered or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, In such events we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the courier service itself and report us at (+91) 9136208296 with the reference pictures of the issue along with your order id. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

- If you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.

All deliveries require a signature with mobile number upon receipt, as our courier partners require proof of delivery. we request you provide the same when asked for.
